Do you offer military or law enforcement discounts? 

Crescent offers a 10% discount to our military personnel that serve and protect us. Law Enforcement and Public Safety Agency discounts are also available on quantity purchases. 

Can I purchase gift certificates and/or gift cards? 

Absolutely, Crescent offers Gift Cards in any denomination, great gift for that “hard to buy for” person. 

Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

Certainly, we’d be happy to offer the sale price within 10 days of purchase.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

What forms of payment do you take?  

We accept Paypal and all major credit card companies.

When is my credit card charged for my order?  

As soon as your order is placed.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Yes, taxes are automatically calculated at checkout depending on your location.

 

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are processed at the end of each business day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders typically arrive in 7 - 10 business days. 

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer multiple shipping methods from both USPS and UPS, we automatically show you the carrier that provides the best price for ground and express delivery at checkout

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Not at the moment, but we plan to in the future.

How do I track the status of my order?

An automated email will give you instruction on tracking your order once it is placed.

 

RETURNS

What do I do if my product is defective?

Crescent will certainly refund or replace any item that is defective.

PRODUCTS

Can I get my department or corporate logo put on your garments?

Absolutely, we are happy to add your logo to your garments.  We offer professional onsite service. Please contact Shannon@crescentmodesto.com for your customization needs.

I would like to order a product that is not listed, what do I do?

(We try to carry everything that you might need, but if you don’t see what you’re looking for please email us at contactus@crescentmodesto.com or call us at 209-529-3490 9:00 am-5:00 pm Pacific Time.

Are there any restrictions on products?

 Credentials may be required on some public safety or law enforcement items. You need to be 18 or over to purchase knives and pepper spray.

 

CRESCENT REWARDS 

What is the Crescent Rewards program?   

Crescent Rewards offers you points with each purchase. The regular accumulation rate is $1.00 per point. Once you reach 500 points, you receive a $15.00 credit on your account that you can redeem toward any purchase. 

Do points expire?

Points accumulated from purchases with Crescent Supply never expire.  They’ll be waiting for you whenever you’re ready to shop.
